All Brookfield liveries have access to the following:
• 20m × 40m indoor arena, featuring a Martin Collins surface, lighting, and watering system
• Flood-lit, international sized outdoor arena, with a Soft Track all-weather surface
• Dormit Canter Track
• All-weather 30m × 80m jumping arena
• Claydon 5-horse walker
• All-weather lunge arena
• Equine treadmill
• A range of indoor and outdoor, large, well-lit, and ventilated stables with automatic drinkers
• Turnout pens
• Grazing
• Secure tack room and storage
